What Information Do We Collect? – Business Partners and Sponsors Personal Data
If you join the Business Partners Club or Sponsor with Big Difference Company we will require the following personal data

- Business name, Address, City and Postcode
What will we do with the information you provide to us?
When you sign up as a sponsor or business partner we will use your personal data to facilitate our contract and provide services detailed in that contract. We may also contact you from time to time with information about shows and events that you might like to attend.
How long is the information retained for?
We will retain your data for as long as we have a relationship with you, e.g. for supplying services to you, or otherwise providing you with information about services you request. Full details of the uses of data are set out in your contract with Big Difference Company.
We may also need to retain your information beyond the term of our relationship for legal reasons, specifically to evidence the relationship between us. We will delete information when we are no longer required to evidence our relationship.
How do we keep your personal information safe?
We ensure that there are appropriate technical controls in place to protect your personal details. The personal information that you provide will be held securely and will not be used for any other purpose than as provided for in this policy.
