Mental Health

For 2020, we are working with partners to include information about how you can visit the festival and remain happy and healthy throughout the 19 days. We have received some funding from Time To Change, who have generously supported our programme of events and initiatives designed to make sure everyone has a good time whilst at the festival. There will be a series of events and initiatives designed to improve the mental health and well-being of comedians, performers, venue staff, promoters and you, our audience.

We have produced a mental health and wellbeing toolkit for audiences in collaboration with our partners at Time To Change, LAMP, Samaritans, De Montfort University and Equity.
