Please contact info@bigdifferencecompany.co.uk to receive a spreadsheet with age guidance for all shows on our website.
Ticket Allocations
If you find a show is sold out on our website, it may be that additional tickets are available from the venue’s website or on the door. You can find information on all festival venues here.
Booking Fees
There is a standard £1.50 booking fee charged on all tickets to help pay for our Box Office. Booking fees may vary on some shows, as we need to align to the venue or promoter’s policy. There is a maximum charge of £10 per basket. Booking fees are never refundable.
Donations
When you buy tickets to a festival show or event, you will also be able to make a donation to Big Difference Company – the registered charity which produces the festival. All donations enable us to continue delivering Leicester Comedy Festival along with amazing projects such as the UK Kids’ Comedy Festival & Loving Laughing as well as projects aimed at promoting well-being, education and the arts.
Lost Tickets
If you purchased your ticket(s) from us, you can request a resend of your ticket(s) by contacting our Box Office via email at tickets@comedy-festival.co.uk or over the phone on 0116 261 6812. If your tickets were bought elsewhere, arrangements may differ so please contact your ticket provider in this case.

Unfortunately, all tickets are non-refundable as agreed at time of purchase. This is because we pass 100% of ticket income directly on to our acts, venues and promoters, therefore we are unable to process refunds.
The above details & arrangements are for buying tickets directly from the main festival channels. If you buy tickets from elsewhere, booking fees and arrangements may differ, so please check with who your ticket provider.
If you have a query about a ticketing issue, or would like to give feedback on our centralised ticket office, please get in touch via email at tickets@comedy-festival.co.uk where a member of our team will be happy to help you.
Please do not contact us via Social Media regarding ticketing issues as we may not be able to respond.
