When my mums battle with dementia ended I wanted to contribute something to the fight against it, so I wrote a one man play about the seven stages of her cognitive decline. It’s called Dementia Street. As someone who has personally experienced the impact of dementia, I understand the challenges families face in caring for their loved one.
