Welcome to The International – Leicester’s newest hub for live music and comedy. Originally a theatre venue since the 70s, we’ve transformed it into a vibrant venue through a grassroots DIY makeover. Our dedicated team of local artists and promoters has worked tirelessly to create a space Leicester can truly be proud of. We host the best of local talent and amazing touring artists from the UK and around the world. Our venue features a large stage, a beautiful wooden dance floor, two artist lounges/changing rooms, and a convenient loading bay with free artist parking. We can accommodate up to 300 standing, 160 in rows, 120 in tiered seating, and 125 in Cabaret or tiered Cabaret seating. Located in the heart of Leicester city centre, we’re just a short walk from the bus station, with safe NCP parking across the road. Our team’s knowledge and dedication ensure every show is a blast, filled with unforgettable moments and pure entertainment.
