Concessionary tickets are available to people who fit one of these categories:

When you buy tickets via the site you will also be able to make a donation to Big Difference Company; the registered charity which produces the festival. All donations enable us to continue delivering amazing projects such as the UK Kids’ Comedy Festival and Loving Laughing as well as projects aimed at promoting well-being, education and the arts.

If you would prefer to buy tickets by phone, or have any queries about ticketing, please call our friendly ticketing team on 0116 261 6812. The phone line is staffed Monday-Friday, 11am-4pm.

During the festival dates, the phone line is staffed Monday – Saturday, 10am – 6pm, Sunday, 12pm – 4pm.

We pass 100% of ticket income on to our venues, acts and promoters. There is a standard £1.50 booking fee charged on all tickets to help pay for the Box Office. Booking fees may vary on some shows, as we need to align to the venue or promoter’s policy. There is a maximum charge of £10 per basket.  Booking fees are never refundable.

If you have any feedback on our centralised ticket office, do let us know at tickets@comedy-festival.co.uk

TICKETS

When you book tickets through our website you will receive e-tickets which you will be able to download.

If you would prefer to buy tickets by phone, please call our ticketing team on 0116 261 6812.

These are the details and arrangements for buying tickets via the main festival website. If you buy tickets from elsewhere, booking fees and arrangements may differ so please check with who you are buying tickets from.

Unfortunately, all tickets are non-refundable as agreed at time of purchase. This is because the money from the tickets goes directly to the artists and venues therefore, we cannot approve refunds.
